Privacy policy.

• Project inquiries and the work-with-us form: your name, email, and what you write (plus a company, phone or files if you add them). Used to reply and to run the project.
• Free resource downloads: your email, and which resources you asked for, to send the download link and occasional news about new resources.
• A 4i account: your email and a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never readable), and the sign-ins you make (date, IP address and browser, to keep you signed in and spot misuse). If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and profile picture.
• The 4i plugin: which packs you download, saved on your account so you can see them again. The plugin also checks 4iproductions.com for updates when it opens, and sends a few usage events (opened, pack downloaded, asset added, Border-iCE applied, updated) and error reports (what went wrong, the plugin, app and system versions, and technical details of what it happened on, like layer and file types, resolution, frame rate and bit depth), on Mac and Windows, with file paths, file names, layer names and project names removed first. They're linked to your 4i account when you're signed in, and used to find and fix bugs. Nothing in your footage or projects is ever sent.
• Shot lists: a shot list you share, email or save to your account is kept so its link keeps working.
• Bug reports and feedback: what you write, the page you sent it from, and your email if you give one.
• Payments and tips: handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and never reach 4i Productions.
• How the site is used: pages visited, clicks, the device and browser, rough location from the IP address, errors, and recordings of some visits (with typed passwords never recorded). Used to fix problems and improve the site.

A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in to your account. Analytics stores an anonymous id in a cookie and in the browser's storage so visits can be counted. There are no advertising cookies.

• Vercel hosts the site.
• Neon stores the database (inquiries, accounts, contacts).
• Resend sends the emails.
• Cloudflare R2 stores the downloadable packs.
• PostHog provides the analytics, for the site and the 4i plugin.
• Stripe takes payments.
• Google provides “Continue with Google” sign-in.
• invoiCE, 4i's own business system, receives inquiries and contacts so they can be answered in one place.

Each of them handles the data only to provide that service.

• Every email from 4i Productions can be unsubscribed from.
• You can delete your account, and everything saved on it, yourself in your account's Settings.
• To see, correct or delete anything else 4i Productions holds about you, email info@4iproductions.com. It's done within 30 days.

Everything travels over encrypted connections, passwords are hashed, downloads use links that expire, and access to the data is limited to the people who run 4i Productions.

4i Products are meant for those 13 years of age and older.
